Once the project is completed and commissioned, Jema continues to support you from the after-sales service. The after-sales department has developed a solid network through local partners, ensuring a close service and a fast and efficient attention.

HELPDESK
At Jema we have developed a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) which we have called Helpdesk.
Thanks to this system, the interaction between Jema-Customer is more personalised, fluid and efficient. Helpdesk allows the client to register their actions and Jema to give an agile response.
