Khabarovsk refinery, Russia

This is a hydro-processing project whose goal is to rebuild and modernise an oil refinery that belongs to the Russian company Oil Company Alliance in the Khabarovsk region of Eastern Siberia. DC and UPS systems were provided. Russian safety and quality regulations were complied with. Gost certification and a technical passport are included.
