Akin photovoltaic plant, Mexico

Jema was awarded for the supply of turnkey solutions for Akin solar, the photovoltaic park located in one of the hottest places in the world. The park has 130 MW installed, and which Jema supplied 20 skids 5300 1500V.

The equipment is exposed to extreme temperatures typical of the desert, so Jema tested the IFX6s at real temperatures.

The Akin Solar Project consists of the construction and commissioning of a 130 MW solar panel plant on approximately 266 hectares with a 7 km length and 230 kV transmission line connection to the Puerto Libertad substation.
